In some cases, this assessment can also be done online, providing you with instructions so that, from your location, you can take photographs and x-rays if necessary, thus reducing the number of visits required to our clinic.
2. Preparation
Once the treatment plan is approved, a basic dental cleaning begins to remove any plaque or surface debris.
A protective barrier is then applied to the gums to prevent any irritation during the process.
3. Application of the Whitening Gel
A high-quality whitening gel is placed on the teeth, formulated to act quickly without damaging the enamel. This gel contains hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide, whitening agents that penetrate the enamel layers to remove stains.
4. Gel Activation
The gel we use is activated by natural light, reducing sensitivity by 90% during the process.
This technology allows for the same results as other methods, and they are even more durable over time.
5. Review and Aftercare
At the end of the exposure time, the gel is removed and the shade achieved is evaluated. If necessary, a second application can be performed in the same session to achieve a lighter shade.
The protective gum barrier is then removed and a final check is performed to ensure that everything is in perfect condition.
